BIRTHING WITH GRACE... Sounds like an oxymoron, right?

Most people equate the word BIRTH with FEAR. They think of a red-faced woman, in the most pain of her life, pushing as hard as she possibly can, with everyone holding her legs back.

After much research, analysis, and personal accounts, we KNOW that the "PUUUSHHHH" method is FLAWED. Women end up traumatized and have negative experiences with birth through this aggressive model of birthing.

It IS possible to give birth with grace, love, kindness, sensitivity, spirituality, and empowerment. It's called instinctive birthing.
